Ive been signed off work for two weeks...totally and utterly physically and mentally exhasuted with both a chest and viral infection...ickle Henry has been ill for almost two weeks which has included a meningitis scare and 4 hour hospital visit and whilst he has never been the best sleeper he is even worse at the moment, whilst Nic is also on the verge of a breakdown due to extreme exhaustion and illness.... 
Poor Toby is the last man standing at the moment although he started coughing and splutering this morning on the way to school
This has meant I had to miss both the Joy Formidable and Wild Beast gigs (the second time illness has stopped me from catching WB) and I should have been out tomorrow for a mates 40th birthday piss up but will be very sorry for myself instead, having to watch Ant and Fuckin Dec on a Saturday night... 
..apart from that alls well...

just received an e mail from a student (19.30 pm on FRIDAY) that was sending me her final dissertation to correct.
It's more than 100 pages and she also told me to be quick because the deadline to present the dissertation is coming very soon.
She thinks I am so naive I can believe she actually wrote more 100 pages without copying in three days (usually in Italy this kind of work takes 3 months in reviewing and rewriting), and that I'm working on it during the week end...
I am sorry to say it but I responded to her in quite a sharp tone

Ste, I feel your pain my bronchitis has meant I've missed nr all of my Eds dates, and has really left me so low physically im questioning my ability to attend any this tour
Plus I broke my canon compact, I'm beyond fucked off these days

I've got a number of reasons, haven't been online a lot lately, the main one being the results of the state election (first I've voted in) last weekend. Results? hahahahaha. Watched the entire election night broadcast only to be told the results are too close for anyone to concede or claim victory until all the postal votes have been counted for the marginals. Which will take at least a week. Gah politics.
